It’s easy to find workers,
but it’s hard to find the right workers.

So how to know if you found the best workers for your project?

1) They know what they can and cannot do, instead of saying “ya, ya, I can” to whatever you ask them

2) They leave simpler tasks for island locals, and don’t try to get all the jobs for themselves

3) They know the winds, seasons, and local specificities, and build accordingly, instead of just building randomly

4) They don’t build anything they would be proud of. High quality work matters more than just doing the work.

5) They don’t try to rip you off, and usually follow the price of other workers, even though their work is far better

I wish we met this team earlier.

They have up to a dozen of qualified workers, and we are about to give them the whole project to build.
