Most of the greatest World leaders didn’t show up with a message nobody heard before.
They became World leaders because of how they said it,
and touched people’s feelings.
The challenge is more the way it’s delivered,
than the message itself.
Being aggressive and hateful weakens both of the parties.
And everyone goes back home with a bad opinion of the other.
Reinforced in their initial position.
Since they defended it so strongly.
If you spread hate,
people react to hate.
And your cause is lost because of the way you deliver your message.
Hate leads to hate, whether the message is “right” or “wrong”.
Being right or wrong is a detail.
Things change, and knowledge evolves.
How many things which were right yesterday,
are wrong today?
(think about it, 150 years ago, slavery was right..)
Come from a place of love and understanding with the one you disagree with.
He might not change his mind.
Accept it.
But some great things only happen when you feel loved,
accepted and understood.
Things which won’t ever happen when you feel hated, rejected and misunderstood.
