So our architects already introduced us the preliminary masterplan and sketches of the bungalows.
Initially, my total inexperience led me to under estimate the amount of work behind the architecture of such a project.
I thought it’d just be about building and disposing wooden bungalows on a land, more or less.
However, the past weeks were a light speed intensive training.
👉🏼 Sustainability: it’s not just a label you put on a brochure to overprice rentals and attract hipsters.
It’s a whole mindset starting directly from how the buildings are conceived in the very beginning.
👉🏼 Development: it’s not just about finding a land, putting money on the table and waiting until it’s done.
It’s about bringing a whole concept from the mind to reality, with a purpose and a mission.
This is the most stimulating, impactful and long term adventure I have been given to start.
I know I should insert here how I know exactly what I am doing.
Truth is, I don’t.
However I know why I do it, and how to push myself to grow and become the person who can do it.

P.S.: If you are an investor, please understand that starting a conversation with “I have $200k, how much do I get yearly with your project?”, is not a good idea.
We are into people who care about the impact they make, at least as much as their money.
Not every dollar is created equal 🙂
