Trust is like a thin glass panel.

You can see through and it looks beautiful.

But if you hit it, even with the smallest stone (or the smallest lie), it shatters into hundreds of small pieces.

In some cases, you can glue it back together.

But it will never be as beautiful and as transparent as it used to be.

It will forever show the scars of this time it once broke.

You can accept it, and live with it.

But you can’t ever forget.
